Return and Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging, in the same condition as delivered.

  • The product must have been handled normally. Damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be returned clean and unused.

  • Any defect or damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

After inspection, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval of your return. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.

No restocking fees are charged.


Exchanges

We do accept product exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or color), please contact us following the same return request procedure. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

  • No restocking fees apply to exchanges


How to Return or Exchange Your Order

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Send an email to: info@mondakagdays.com

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return or exchange request

  • Photo of the product (required in case of damage or breakage)

  • Customer’s first and last name

  • Customer’s address

Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address.

Do not send the return to the sender’s address.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Order Cancellation

Orders are processed automatically to ensure fast handling. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation within this 24-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mondakagdays.com and include your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you must wait until the order is delivered and then return it according to this Return and Refund Policy. Refunds are only issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.


Shipping & Transit Information

If an order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You may notify us of your intent to return in advance, but the return must still follow the standard process.

For faster processing, we recommend providing proof of return shipment.


Important Notes

  • All returns and exchanges must be sent at the customer’s expense to our designated warehouse.

  • No restocking fees apply to returns or exchanges.
